What pet parents says

Dog Vest

“The fabric feels soft, and the adjustable fastening made it easy to get a comfortable fit.”

Patch Set

“The lettering is clear and easy to read. The patches look neat on my dog’s vest.”

Engraved Tag

“The engraving is easy to read, and the tag looks lovely on my pet’s collar.”

Pet-parent apparel

Soft tees and hoodies printed on demand in our own designs.

Fly together

Most airlines now treat ESAs as regular pets, so small pets fly in an under-seat carrier.

Good to know

Does an ESA vest or tag give my pet legal rights?

No. Vests, patches and tags are optional accessories that help people recognize your pet. Housing protections for an emotional support animal come from a letter by a licensed mental health professional, not from any gear.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship from US warehouses and arrive in about 5–10 business days. Custom tags and apparel are made to order and may ship separately.

Can my ESA fly with me in the cabin?

Most US airlines no longer accept emotional support animals as service animals. Small dogs and cats can usually fly as carry-on pets in an approved under-seat carrier. Check your airline’s pet policy before you book.

How it works

How your ESA evaluation works

Everything happens online. Here's what to expect, step by step.

  1. 1
    Take the assessment

Answer a short, confidential questionnaire about your situation and how your animal helps you.

  2. 2
    Meet a licensed professional

A mental health professional licensed in your state reviews your answers and evaluates your needs.

  3. 3
Receive your letter if you qualify

Your letter is delivered digitally, and your provider is available if your landlord needs to verify it.

How long does it take?

Usually [10-20 business days]. Some states, including California, require at least 30 days with your provider before a letter can be issued.

What you'll need

A few minutes, your state of residence, and basic details about your animal.

Letters are only issued when a licensed provider determines you qualify. There's no official ESA registry, and a letter doesn't cover air travel or public access.
