In-stock items leave our US partner warehouses within [1–3] business days. Personalized items, such as engraved tags, bandanas, bowls and apparel, are made to order and ship within [2–5] business days.

Orders that arrive in more than one package
Products ship from different partners, so one order can arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll receive a tracking email for each.
Tracking your order
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as each package ships, and they also appear in your account. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within [15] business days, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Email us within [12 hours] of ordering to change your address. After an order ships, we can’t redirect it.
